我一直有个梦想，就是做个小小书法家。可是上小学前，连笔都拿不好的我，一个字也不会写。上学后，老师教我认字、写字、学知识，一年来，让我学会了很多的生字。可是我的字写得并不漂亮，常常是东倒西歪、乱七八糟，我心里很是郁闷。每当看到有的同学的作业本干干净净、字迹工整，被老师在全班表扬的时候，我心里很不是滋味，既羡慕他们，又为自己感到无比的惭愧。
I always have a dream to be a little calligrapher. But before I went to primary school, I couldn't write a single word. After school, the teacher taught me to read, write and learn knowledge. Over the past year, I have learned a lot of new words. But my writing is not beautiful. It's often a mess. I'm very depressed. When I see some students' work books are clean and neat and praised by the teacher in the whole class, I feel very bad. I envy them and feel very ashamed for myself.
我的心思很快被细心的爸爸发现了。他亲切地对我说：“想把字写好，首先要规范书写姿势，注意纠正不良的写字习惯；身体要摆正、背要挺直、头稍稍放低，手拿笔要稳。”班主任陈老师也经常叮嘱我们：“写字的时候要认真、仔细、有耐心，一笔一画地写，这样才能把字写得既漂亮又整洁。”老师和爸爸的话我都牢记在心，并下定决心，一定要改掉敷衍了事、小马虎的坏习惯！
My mind was soon discovered by my careful father. He kindly said to me, "if you want to write well, first of all, you need to standardize your writing posture, pay attention to correct your bad writing habits; keep your body upright, back straight, head slightly lower, and hold your pen steadily." Mr. Chen, the teacher in charge of the class, often tells us: "when you write, you should be careful and patient. You can write with each stroke, so that you can write beautifully and neatly." I remember the words of the teacher and father, and make up my mind to change the bad habit of perfunctory and careless!
今年暑假，我报名参加了书法兴趣班，学习了更多的书写技巧，让我受益匪浅。现在我的书写有了很大的进步，我也自信了很多，因为经过努力，我发现自己就是小小书法家！
This summer vacation, I signed up for the calligraphy interest class and learned more writing skills, which benefited me a lot. Now my writing has made great progress, I also have a lot of self-confidence, because after hard work, I found myself a little calligrapher!
