在教练的指导下我和小乐戴上墨镜，穿好装备，便想着尽快享受在雪场驰骋的快乐，心里充满在雪道上风驰电掣的激情。我们欢呼着：“我要飞翔！”自以为是的我们以为有了轮滑的基础，滑雪不在话下，哪里知道还没上场，便重重地摔了个狗啃雪。刚想要站起来，谁知又是一个四脚朝天……“算了！算了！这滑雪真是折磨人！”小乐不停地埋怨道。“我们去玩别的吧！”我揉了揉已经摔得麻木的屁股，表示赞同。小乐妈妈过来看着我们说：“小文，你爸爸不是说你三岁的时候就能独自一个人登上武当山的金顶，怎么现在长大了倒越来越没出息了？”转身她又对小乐说道：“你要约小文出来滑雪，怎么还没开始就打了退堂鼓。”语气充满了不屑与责备。教练走过来笑了笑，他用手指顶了一下我的头：“你们这样的人我见多了，现在的小孩就不肯吃苦，做事虎头蛇尾，既不谦虚又不肯学习，一次小小的失败也承受不了。”听着他的数落，我不服气地说：“谁说我们怕了？滑就滑，就不信我们今天还学不会滑雪？”“就是，我们今天一定要学会！”小乐也在那边高声附和。

在教练的指导下，我们开始了人生的第一次滑雪：“把雪板向两边摆放，放成八字步，你们站上去就会更稳。”我们站上滑板，按照示范把滑板排开了，“两板与肩同宽，上体与膝盖微往前倾，双手握住雪杖自然下垂，眼睛目视前方，两腿均衡用力，保持平行下滑，用雪杖控制好速度，慢一点，不错，挺好！”我们就这样在教练的指导下慢慢地练习着。既害怕又有些得意，滑板挺好控制呢！于是我便开始挥动雪杖向下滑，到了半坡，教练却突然把我放开了。我顿时把滑雪的要领忘得一干二净，凭着直觉向右倒，想一脚踩在地上保持平衡，可我却忘了我脚上穿的不是鞋子，而是滑雪板呀！这一踩，我就像一个雪球似的，滚到了雪场右侧的防护栏旁。我晃晃脑袋，刚睁开眼，映入眼帘的便是朝着我这边滑来的小乐。只听“啊”的一声惊叫，我们俩重重的摔在了一起。教练忙扶我们起来：“你们没事吧！”我俩连声说：“有事！屁股疼死了！”“不要紧的，现在不是比刚来的时候强多了，现在都能滑这么远了，刚才还站都站不住。摔了一次怕什么？就再重滑一次，再摔一次再重来，很快就能享受在雪场飞翔的快乐了！”

We practice slowly under the guidance of the coach. I'm afraid and proud. Skateboarding is very controlled! So I started to wave my cane down the slope, but the coach suddenly let me go. I immediately forgot all the essentials of skiing. I fell to the right by intuition, trying to keep balance on the ground, but I forgot that I was not wearing shoes, but skis! This step, I like a snowball, rolled to the right side of the snow fence. I shook my head and just opened my eyes. What I saw was Xiaole sliding towards me. Just listen to the "ah" exclamation, we fell heavily together. The coach helped us up: "are you ok?" We said: "something! It's killing me! " "It doesn't matter. It's not much better now than when I first came here. I can slide so far now. I can't stand just now. What are you afraid of after a fall? Just slide again, fall again and come again, and soon you will enjoy flying in the snow field! "
教练帮我们整理了一下装备，又将动作要领示范了一遍，我们便向下滑去。摔倒了，不要紧，再来！就这样，我们滑到了雪坡底下。我看见雪坡上，教练赞赏地向我们竖起了大拇指，随着他也滑了下来，把我们引上去，又教我们新的滑雪知识。就这样，一遍又一遍，摔倒了，再来！我和朋友就这样学会了滑雪。
The coach helped us to tidy up the equipment, demonstrated the action essentials again, and then we went down. It doesn't matter if you fall down. Come again! In this way, we slid under the snow slope. When I saw the snow slope, the coach gave us a thumbs up with admiration. As he slipped down, he led us up and taught us new skiing knowledge. Just like this, over and over again, fell down, again! That's how my friends and I learned to ski.
当我们飞驰在雪坡上时，我心里感到无比的惬意。小乐说：“真好！这一次，我们收获了不一样的快乐！”同时，我也明白了一个道理：成功往往就取决于我们是否能够再坚持一下。就像我和朋友最后学会了滑雪那样。
