金秋九月，我们17中学初一的同学在儿童公园进行了4天的军训。军人一直在我的心目中有不可替代的神圣地位，因为他们不怕苦、不怕累。他们的精神让我佩服得五体投地，我长大后以后他们一样，有吃苦耐劳的精神。
In September of autumn, our 17 middle school students in the first year of junior high school conducted four days of military training in children's park. Soldiers have always had an irreplaceable sacred position in my mind, because they are not afraid of hardship and tiredness. Their spirit makes me admire them. When I grow up, they have the same spirit of hardship and endurance.
进入儿童公园，我们在教官的口哨声中陆陆续续进入队伍。教官宣布：第一项是立正。“不就是站着吗?这有什么难度啊?”我心里暗想。教官好像看透我们的心思，对我们说“你们别笑看立正立正还有需要求呢!比如，挺胸抬头，两眼目视前方，中指紧贴裤线……”教官一口气说了那么多。“妈呀!立正还有那么多的要求啊!”我在心里暗暗想到。一看别的同学，也是一副惊讶的表情，看来立正真的不简单啊!
Entering the children's park, we entered the team one after another in the whistle of the instructor. The instructor declared that the first item was to stand upright. "Isn't it just standing? What's the difficulty?" I thought to myself. The instructor seemed to see through our mind and said to us, "Don't laugh and see that there is still a need to stand upright! For example, raise your chest, look ahead with both eyes, middle finger close to the trousers line..." The instructor said so much in one breath. "Mother! There are still so many demands to stand upright!" I thought to myself. Looking at other students, it is also a surprising expression. It seems that it is really not easy to stand upright.
“立正”随着教官洪亮的声音。我们都不情愿的站起了军姿。班级顿时鸦雀无声，额头上的汗珠一滴一滴的流下来，汇成了一条“小溪”。我脖子挺着直发酸，两条腿也酸溜溜的，手稍微离开裤子一点，教官就“啪”的拍我一下，那滋味真不好受啊!我多次感受自己要倒下来了可是看见教官那严肃的表情，就又忍住了。时间是那么漫长，真是度“秒”如年，时间老人仿佛在捉弄我们，真是苦不堪言啊!
"Stand upright" with the instructor's loud voice. We all stood up reluctantly. Suddenly, the class was silent, drops of sweat on the forehead flowed down, merging into a "brook". My neck was straight and sour, my legs were sour, and my hands slightly left my pants. The instructor patted me. It was really unpleasant. I felt I was going to fall down many times, but when I saw the instructor's serious expression, I stopped. Time is so long, it's really a "second" like a year. The old man of time seems to be playing tricks on us. It's really bitter.
随后我们又进行了列队练习，教官给我们示范了好多次，但是总不能达到目标。看见教官那标准的姿势，我们都感到无比的羡慕。经过一天的训练，我们练得浑身都不舒服，连腿都抬不起来了。
Then we did the formation exercise. The instructor showed us many times, but we could not achieve the goal. Seeing the instructor's standard posture, we all feel extremely envious. After a day's training, we were so uncomfortable that we couldn't even lift our legs.
