每周的星期六，我都会去滑冰场滑冰，可我每次滑冰都会遇到一个麻烦——总是摔跤。

刚开始，我穿好溜冰鞋，便兴奋地跑了过去，可鞋子太不听话了，让我摔了一个跟头。我走进溜冰场，看着那些大姐姐和大哥哥滑起冰来像跳舞一样轻松，便非常嫉妒，心里想：不就滑个冰嘛，我也行的。想完便大胆地滑了起来，刚滑几步，却又摔了个四脚朝天，看着别人在嘲笑我，我非常不好意思，我便扶着栏杆，滑到别人几乎看不到的地方继续练习。
At first, I put on my skates and ran excitedly, but the shoes were so disobedient that I fell a heel. I went into the skating rink and watched those big sisters and big brothers skate as easily as dancing. Then I was very jealous and thought, "I can skate, too.". After thinking about it, I started to slide boldly. I just took a few steps, but I fell on all fours again. I was very embarrassed to see others laughing at me. Then I held the railing and went to the place where others could hardly see me to continue practicing.
经过一番苦练，我终于学会了滑冰，心里乐滋滋的。虽然练习的过程很痛苦，却真正学会了一样本领，这让我尝到了苦尽甘来的滋味。还让我领悟到了一句话：世上无难事，只要肯攀登。
After a lot of hard practice, I finally learned to skate, happy in my heart. Although the process of practice is very painful, but really learned the same skill, which let me taste the taste of bitterness and sweetness. Also let me understand a sentence: nothing is difficult in the world, as long as willing to climb.
