8月13日是我钢琴考级的日子，这是一个令我紧张的日子。
August 13 is my piano test day, it is a day that makes me nervous.
下午三点，妈妈带着我到廷佐小学去考级，一到校门口，就看到很多小朋友在家长的陪同下纷纷赶来了，这里就像炸开了锅，好热闹!我和妈妈先来到一间考级的准备教室，这里有很多小朋友和家长一起耐心地等待着。我也找到一个座位坐了下来，环顾四周，我看到有些小朋友正在说说笑笑，丝毫没有一点儿紧张;有些小朋友还在翻看钢琴书，在做考级前的准备，一副认真的样子;还有一些小朋友一动不动地坐在位子上，好像紧绷着一根弦似的。家长们都在愉快地聊着天，交流着一些经验，这个教室充满了紧张而又快乐的气氛。
At 3 p.m., my mother took me to tingzuo primary school to take the test. As soon as I arrived at the school gate, I saw many children coming in with their parents. It was like a frying pan. It was so lively! My mother and I first came to a preparation classroom for the test. There were many children and their parents waiting patiently together. I also found a seat and sat down. Looking around, I saw some children talking and laughing without any tension. Some children were still reading piano books and preparing for the examination. Some children were still sitting in their seats, as if they were tensing a string. Parents are chatting happily and exchanging some experiences. This classroom is full of tension and happiness.
两个小时后，我们终于被叫去考级了，这时，我忽然紧张起来，我的心砰砰跳个不停，手心也冒出了汗，一句话也不说，静静地坐在椅子上等待着考级。不一会儿，老师叫到了我的名字，我起身走到钢琴面前，坐在琴凳上，双手放在琴键上，我默念了一遍妈妈对我说的话：要放松，相信自己，一定行的。我又深吸了一口气，接着，我按照平时练的弹了起来。在弹的时候，我却一点也不紧张了，于是，我非常轻松地弹完了所有的考级曲目，这时，我如释重负。来到评委老师面前，评委老师笑着把一张五级优秀证书递给我，我拿着优秀证书，高兴得像长出了翅膀飞上了天一样。
Two hours later, we were finally called to the examination. At this time, I suddenly got nervous. My heart was pounding and my palms were sweating. I didn't say a word. I sat quietly in the chair waiting for the examination. After a while, the teacher called my name. I got up and walked to the piano. I sat on the piano bench and put my hands on the keys. I recited what my mother said to me: relax, believe in yourself, and do it. I took another deep breath, and then I bounced up as I usually did. When I was playing, I was not nervous at all, so I played all the test tracks very easily, at this time, I was relieved. When I came to the judge teacher, the judge teacher smiled and handed me a five level excellent certificate. I held the excellent certificate and was as happy as if I had grown wings and flew to the sky.
这次钢琴考级结束了，我不但拿到了一个优秀，而且它让我懂得了只要努力、自信，就会成功的道理。钢琴考级给我的收获多大呀!
The piano examination is over. I not only got an excellent one, but also learned that as long as I work hard and have confidence, I will succeed. How much did I gain from the piano examination!
