历练，是一个人最好的成长，可能为其一生奠定了坚不可摧的信念。今天上午看了《榜样》第五期，看了那些党员的事迹，我被深深地触动了。
Experience, is the best growth of a person, may have laid an indestructible belief for his life. I watched the fifth issue of the model this morning and saw the deeds of those party members. I was deeply touched.
第一个是张富清，他拥有那么多的荣誉勋章，却甘心平淡，扎扎实实工作，甚至隐藏了他的荣誉。因为他是真正经历过苦难，懂得感恩的人，从枪林弹雨中走出来的人，亲眼看到过死亡，自己一次又一次于死亡擦身而过，见证了流血和牺牲，所以他更加珍惜活下来的机会，用尽一生来奉献社会，他不求功名利禄。

然后是邮递员老唐，他穿梭在渔民之间，他理解渔民的艰辛，他懂得一份大学录取通知书对一个学生来说意义重大，当洪水来临之时，他用生命来保护那一份大学录取通知书。他是无数基层邮递工作者的代表，现在的邮递员、快递员，他们风吹日晒，只为把信件、包裹安全快速送达，他们的辛苦，却有很多人不理解。
Then there is the postman, Lao Tang. He shuttles among the fishermen. He understands the hardships of the fishermen. He understands that a college admission notice is of great significance to a student. When the flood comes, he uses his life to protect that college admission notice. He is the representative of numerous grass-roots postal workers. Now, the postmen and couriers are only trying to deliver the letters and parcels safely and quickly. Their hard work is not understood by many people.
还有那个带领村民发家致富的第一书记，他自己带头吃苦，带领村民探索发家致富的路子。其实他顶着很大的风险，干好了他就是第一书记，是带头人，大伙都感激他，可是探索这个事情，谁也没有百分之百的把握，要是失败了，他就可能成为村民口中唾骂的对象，我佩服他的果敢和他的创新。中国多几个这样的村书记，老百姓的日子就越好过。

If he fails, he may become the object of revile from the villagers. I admire his courage and innovation. If there are more village secretaries like this in China, people will have a better life.
那个硕士毕业后回家乡支援，带领村民脱贫致富的女硕士生，我忘记了她的名字了，别人读书都是为了往外走，往城里走，走得更远，她却是为了报答家乡，年仅30岁的她，因为抗洪抢险献出了年轻的生命，她是成了父母永远的骄傲和遗憾，家乡的人民会记住她。

还有一些我记不住了，学习榜样的力量，给自己一些熏陶一些鼓舞，多来点儿正能量，相信毕竟好人多，生活又充满了满满的激情。
There are still some I can't remember, the power of learning from examples, some inspiration for myself, more positive energy, I believe that after all, there are many good people, and life is full of passion.
